WOMEN'S WEEKLONG DOWNHILL SKILLS CAMP - Fernie, BC

NEW ITINERARY FOR 2010!

Want to give your riding a huge boost? For 6 years now, women have been coming from across North America and the world to attend our award-winning 7-day DH skills camp in Fernie, British Columbia. They come for the expert instruction (and they get plenty of that), but they leave with a lot more: friends for life from around the world and loads of confidence in their riding abilities.

In the company of supportive expert coaches and other participants, you'll develop your skills, ride incredible downhill and freeride trails, eat delicious meals, stay at beautiful lodges and resorts, and do other activities such as swimming, hiking and yoga."

The coaches are Johanna Weintrager, who has coached dozens of camps for the Sugoi Dirt Series (now Rocky Mountain Dirt Series) and Danika Schroeter, former national DH champ.

n.b. this is a downhill mountain bike skills camp: you will cover a wide range of skills for downhill and freeride riding. The camp feature 5 days of riding and coaching (plus 1 rest/other activity days, or additional riding day) on the DH/Freeride trails of Fernie Alpine Resort, with lodging, breakfasts and lunches, plus workshops on maintenance, nutrition and fitness.
