Have you been riding for a few years and want to progress? Or maybe you're new to the sport, or maybe you're already a
solid rider or racer and want to take your skills to a higher level. Whatever your riding abilities, our certified,
experienced mountain bike coaches have the skills and knowhow to help you there in the supportive company
of other riders.
The camps feature 1-2 days of riding and coaching on the XC trails of Hardwood Hills or Buckwallow MTB park.
1-day camps include lunch and passes. Weekend camps include accommodation, lunch, and passes. Prepare to ride like a pro!
n.b. the Hardwood Hills camp is for beginner and intermediate riders. The Buckwallow camp features technical riding and is for strong intermediate and advanced riders only.
Fundamentals
Neutral position, bike/body separation, pedal position, gearing, cadence.
Basic Skills
Climbing, descending, braking, cornering, straight-line riding, switchbacks, lunges.
Advanced Skills
Manuals, high speed cornering, drops, rock rolls, riding skinnies, picking a line, technical climbs and descents.
