Which is why we’ve put in place - and stand firmly behind - our ground-breaking Rider (i.e. our Customer) Happiness Policies, with a number of services and extras we feel will be of incredible value to you. 

We are 100% committed to delivering the absolute best customer service in the industry.
 
Our Rider Bill of Rights has been developed in response to the concerns and doubts many of our Riders have expressed prior to their adventure; our goal is to provide you with complete peace of mind. 
 
When you travel with Sacred Rides, you have infallible rights to which we are 100% accountable.

Our Rider Happiness Policies

1. Our Ride Guarantee

We’re so sure you’ll love your Ride (i.e. trip)  that we back it with a Ride Guarantee. If for any reason you aren't 100% satisfied with your Ride, just let us know and we'll give you a free Ride. 
 
Yes, you read correctly: 100% satisfied or a free Ride. And if after your free Ride you still feel we haven't lived up to your expectations, we'll refund the money you originally paid. Based on your feedback, we’ll take the necessary steps to ensure we never repeat any mistakes that were made.
 

2. Guaranteed Departures

Every departure we schedule is guaranteed. Once you book your spot, you're going! We'll never cancel a trip due to low numbers.

3. Risk-Free Booking Window

After putting down a deposit, you can cancel at any point during the first 14 days after booking and get a 100% refund. This buys you 2 weeks to sort out flights, vacation time, etc. and not have to worry about someone else taking your spot(s).  If you do need to cancel, please simply give us a call at 1-888-423-7849 (weekdays 9:30am – 4:30pm EST) or email us at support@sacredrides.com

 

4. Lifetime Deposit

With Sacred Rides, you never have to pay a cancellation fee. If something unexpected comes up, get in touch with us – as long as you give us 60 days notice, your deposit will be good forever, whether you use it for the same trip or transfer it to another one.
